Obma do not ask chinese journalist's question

In the G2O , Obma hold a hournalist meeting , in that meeting , chinese journalist want to ask obma one question , but Obma said it should be asked by Korea journalist then china , please see the following link , why? I

I think the korean press asked obama if they could ask first so....BUT WE ARE CHINESE china is the BOMB.
