When will be legal the divorce in the Philippines ?

Don't get me wrong I want the divorce in the Philippines to be legal for the women protection and not to be abuse There is any one agree on me?

the first is catholic church will not agree on this divorce, and it also to protect those children of a couples.sometimes it will affect the life style of son / daughter of every couple.even me dont want it.
