Are Employment Recruiters Becoming Lazy?

Recruiters sift through resumes without thoroughly reviewing talent. In fact, some recruiters are so young, how can they recognize seasoned talent?Companies are no longer getting the best of the best.

I dunno if they are looking for talent. I think it depends if they are willing to train and looking to fill the position with someone who will take less pay and benefits or someone who's seasoned but wants a decent wage & benefits.
