How do you know if your spouse is cheating?

Some tell-tale signs would be: -Working a lot of overtime / working late -Unexplained calls on his cell phone in which he leaves the room or says it's the wrong number -Suddenly spends more time on the internet chatting -starts to distance himself / herself from you emotionally -Doesn't want as much physical contact or intimacy from you These are just some common ones - behavior might be different for each person, though.

It is really hard to say that there are signs. Of course people have different personalities and ways of expressing how they feel. However, if he/she starts to lie about things, BE READY... People lie to hide something..so be careful. IT doesn't necessarily mean he/she is cheating but remember "All who cheats, make tons of lie to you"..i.e. would lie why he/she is late; lie about where he/she's been; etc."

It is not a recipie so you can follow and answer positive or negative. Most of the times the one that cheats changes the most of his/her reactions. For example: he/she doesn't go for sleep with the cheaten spouse. Not the same hour or not at the same bed or even both. Everything that the cheaten spouse does seems wrong and the cheater always yells etc. And of course doesn't answer to the phone calls, hides the cell phone, erases all messages and stuff like that. But these are not the rule!

Perhaps if you see calls that have been made or received on your spouses cell phone where you don't know the number, & your spouse seems to either lie about who the number belongs to, or else say something like that it's none of your business. Or else if he seems to be out more than usual.
