I know you need $10 to checkout but How do i check out?
And do I get paid manually by an admin or automatically?

Yes, payment comes automatically by the 15 th. of the following month. MyLot financial management is excellent and very punctual in that way. All we need to do is just keep participating in the myLot community, posting messages, and responding to postings, and complete as many tasks as one can.

Around the 15th of the following amount you get paid automatically tot he paypal account you submitted when you registered.

yes you need specify your paypal id on payment section and if you make at aleast 10$ you will receive it every 15 of the next month on your paypal account!!
