Can't change my profile photo..arrggghh!

I've uploaded my pictures but there's no single clue how I change my profile photo. If anyone can help me. Please tell me step by step for how to change my profile photo. Thanks.

you mean delete current avatar and then update new, right? what are slogan and website for? I don't really get it...
