friend, ankit.... it is natural for you to keep starting off topics and discussions... to attract people around.. BUT, it would fetch you more money, and convert the topic into a lively discussion, if you put forth some ideas, elaborate ... and then, leave it to the people to respond.

From my side, ... I would recommend SOAK PITS and RAINWATER HARVESTING, ... as a means to conserve the ground water levels. In addition, shower baths and bubble tub-baths are to be kept only for weekends and holidays. Routine bath should be measured, as also other usage. Domestic usage, surprisingly is tending to more-wastage, if you check the statistics.
Industries should be forced to conserve the water levels, as also plan more greenery in their premises, which will keep the ecology in balance.

mmh...you can use less and try to think when you use it in this way you can be wiser and even save it!!
