Hello mylot friends this is checkmail and think all of you are enjoying mylot and its subjects based on varieties of topics.

Hmmm its fresh ground Garlic clove, very beneficial and imp for our health, easily available and used in cooking mostly daily.
Benefits : It boosts up our immune to max level, it resist germs and bacteria that mostly cause sickness(normal diseases).
Its really beneficial for persons suffering from heart, lungs, problems, its even beneficial for bone developments.
It has properties to resist cholesterol and maintain healthy heart.

I not only put garlic in my food for health reasons, but I find that garlic adds a zest in almost every dish. This year,I planted the garlic that had grown. I don´t know if I will have a head of garlic, but I am using the greens for omelettes and it is delicious.

I cook almost everything with garlic, so I don´t think that garlic is lacking in my diet. I even like my mayo with crushed garlic. It´s out of this world! Try it with seafood or steamed fish! YUMMY!!!

I agree with you, garlic is very healthy food, I ensure it is part of my spices, it tastes good with food inspite of its repugnant smell!
