NOt for me, i don't think i even snore once before. In my family, all of them except for me, which i don't know why. My father snores really badly and loud, while my mm only snores when she's really tired. My brother snores too because of his nose problems. I'm lucky i'm not affected by their snoring problems, and i'm ok with it.

Unfortunately, I do have that health issue. I used to think it was funny when I'd walk in the house at night and I'd hear snoring from one end of the house to other. Made me sleepy. Now I don't like it cause I do it

in my opinion, I don't have habitual snoring but somehow already there are 10 people who say if I were sleeping, certainly snore. Hmmmh, unfortunately they all so far not been able prove what they say it. And anyway, until now I also have never heard my snoring ...

just about everyone snores occasionally. even a baby or a beloved pet may snore! but snoring can affect the quantity and quality of your sleep. poor sleep can lead to daytime fatigue, irritability, and increased health problems. and if your snoring is so loud that your bed partner can't sleep you may end up banished from the bedroom sleeping in separate bedrooms doesn't have to be the remedy for your snoring. in fact, there are many effective treatments for snoring. discovering the cause of your snoring and finding the right cure will vasty improve your health, your relationships and of course your sleep.

some says yes i do actually snore. i think its because of my breathing. i have a problem breathing and sometimes it causes my nose to clog and i tend to breathe in my mouth especially in my sleep. people snore whenever they have colds and when they are tired.
