What would be your effort to make extra money?

Apart from a part time job, what are all your options? Whether it would be Affiliate marketing or Network Marketing or Surveys or PTC?
Would you be prepared to invest your money or would you just seek free opportunities only?
Me, I would try anything if it sounds good, irrespective of whether it requires investment or not. But, it should be convincing for me, otherwise I won't take it up even if it is free.
Are you a risk taker or a freebie lover?

I am both a freebie lover, Love freebies, but really is anything free, we still risk our time no matter what we do. And A risk taker, because I will make the big investment if I feel(not think, but feel) it will pay off.
I love Mylot for the Community, and I love my MLM for the products, and the relationship and leadership trainings I receive. I work full time in a kitchen, and part time for a grocer and I still work on my MLM, no matter where I am or who I am with, I am finding uses for my "sales" techniques...which every really good MLMer knows is relationship building.
Sincerely and With Appreciation.

Yes. Nice reply. I have nothing to comment. (However, I must say that I really enjoyed the reply very much.) Absolutely true.

Well, I do not really put too much effort on earning an extra dollar. Yes, that might go somewhere but, having too much stress just to earn a dollar is not worth the time.

Well. That depends on how much is one's choice and demand. If I have enough money, why would I try to earn extra dollar? Rather I would try to find ways to spend it.

hi venkataram,
i like affiliate marketing and free money making sites. I have collected 10000000 email ids and within month or it may be in 2011. I will launch big sites and start this kind of work in more professional way.

Interesting discussion. Well, for me, I'm willing to take risk when it comes to stocks but I'll look at the stock fundamentals first before investing and then when the time comes, money rolls in. But when it comes to online money-making like Mylot, I prefer working without any single investment because there are simply too many scams on the net nowadays.

I would have to say I do stuff like mylot of course and also I do a lot of transcription. I found that the best way to do the whole money at home thing is sign up for some cash for survey sites like opinion outpost and then do something like transcription to supplement. I am not an over night millionaire or anything by any means but I make enough to cover some bills and have a little spending cash for pretty things for myself. After all that is what really matters that you can make bills and still spoil yourself once in a while right?

As I'm an indian, I don't have enough choice on surveys. Globaltestmarket is the only site that sends me at least one survey a week. Of which I just qualify for 2 surveys a month.
I really wonder how you could manage the transacription job? I find it monotonous to wear the headphone for more than an hour, even if I hear music. I couldn't imagine someone speaking in my ears for hours together. (I tried that transcription job before and I qualified for it. But, I didn't like it.)

I see, yeah it is a different job and some people would rather be doing something else. For me it is easy since I have done it for years and I have tried other jobs but this one has worked out the best for me. I sure hope that you find something that will help you out and I'm sorry I don't have much other places that I know of maybe some other people here have some more ideas.

I've joined lots of business ventures like you, and today there is only one that has stayed profitable. A start up company, where there is constant sales revenue, seems like something I would do in the future. Right now, I focus my time on writing quality articles, and responding to MyLot discussions every so often. If it weren't for affiliate marketing, I wouldn't have much success making money online. My friend, I am proud of the work you have done, as you have an open minded approach. Lots of money can be made online, and I feel you are on the way to earning a part time salary online. May the power of your business partnerships shed light and money onto your life.

I enjoy taking risks and I must say, you will not get extra money that that makes sense if you go for freebies, I right now do some very well paying home biz but it is not free! If you are interested, give me a PM!

Nice to hear that. But, slimberrypro was not convincing for me for some reason. My friend is doing it, even he has created a free website for me, but I was not interested for some reason. (The website was looking very professional and the product also seemed good, I must admit.)

I am now making an effort to make extra money online. I've joined paying forums like myLot and I am seeking part time online jobs. As of yet, I can say that I still am a freebie lover at this stage because I still have not earned or reached payout in any of these paying sites, nor have I found any online job yet. But perhaps in the future when I am more stable, I would like to study on how to invest and get bigger returns like maybe an online stock market trading or forex trading.

Well. If you have enough money to invest with forex or stock trading, you may not need the freebie sites. Because, only spare money should be invested in trading and not our essential money. And, having invested your big money in trading, spending time on freebie sites is not needed.
Wishes for you to invest in trading very soon.

I won't invest in any website, especially if they force me to invest just to cash out. That's not fair for me the worker and user of the site to have to invest money in some site, if I work for something, I should be allowed to decide what i do with my earnings. I like writing sites the best because it's something I'm good at doing.

Mostly BUX sites do that thing, that's why I'm so warry about the BUX sites. I wonder how did you too miss the wonderful site, Matrixmails?
And, if there are any sites worth upgrading, I would say Matrixmails could be definitely one of them. As a member from India, my upgrade gave me profit, I hope it would give quicker profit to you, as you're from US.
I've just posted here on my profile, a screenshot from my Matrixmails member area. It includes every stats about my upgrade. Just check that image.
What are the sites you do writing?

I am definitely a freebie lover when it comes to monetary things. It's funny because in everything else I am a complete risk taker, but in money I just am not. I once did invest money into something online and then freaked after a month and decided against it. I am very erratic in my online posting and money making, so investing money could be potentially worthless because there are weeks when I am hardly on... that's why I don't do it. But if I knew for a fact I would be on quite a bit, then sure, I would invest :)
