Listened to George W. Bush on Sunday Morning today. He said he thinks he left the world a better place when he left office. Has he taken up drinking again?

I think he only left the world a better place because he knew he was leaving his messes in someone's capable hands that could fix his mess ups and he couldn't do any more damage getting out of office.
