Up and Coming Movies: Which movies are you dying to watch?

There are actually new movies getting released each month. And now, we are nearing the end of the year and approaching summer fast. Which movies are you guys dying and waiting to watch this few month and for the next year?

Harry Potter! :D Seriously! I am so excited to see the movie. I am such a nerd in this area, ha ha. I have not read all the books, sadly :( but I did get to six. I don't think I'll have time to read seven before the movie comes out, but all the actors are the same age as me, so I have literally grown up with them. It's amazing. I feel very close to those movies because I grew up with them.
Also, I always seem to be awaiting movies on Netflix. I don't know if you have a Netflix account, but you get a queue and then they have movies sent to you. I am currently waiting for 'The Dreamers' to be sent to me (starring Eva Green, who I adore) so I am really waiting anxiously for that as well!

Me too...been waiting for the movie to come out because I'm a fan of the books..not so much for the movie, but I like to see the visual effects and interpretation of the director.

Well, for sure I will be watching the new Harry Potter movie coming out this month. But, I do not think that I would be watching it on its first week out. I might just wait for a few days or after a week to check it out. I hope it will be a good movie too. Aside from that I hope Thor will come out really soon. That is one of the movies I want to watch so bad.

Harry Potter is of course very expected but well, to be honest, knowing the story already, I just can't wait to see the special effects, that is all.
However, if there is a movie to wait for, it is The Avengers movie that is currently in production and will be directed by Joss Whedon (Buffy, Angel, Firefly, etc).

Well, I want to watch the Harry Potter movie, but I am more excited for Thor and The Avengers. Do you know any idea who is playing Captain America?

Wasn't that guy the human torch as well? I heard that also, but I am confused because some dude told me it was Ryan Reynolds. But, anyone that will give justice to the movie would be awesome. Sad though, Hulk should have been played by guy who played the Hulk on the second movie.

There are no new movies I'm especially pumped to see.
I'd like to see Let Me In. Unfortunately it's not showing in my country and there are no releases of this movie on the internet. So I'll have to wait for DVD release I guess. Then there are 2 movies about alien invasion that looked interesting or entertaining at least so I guess I'll check them out. And that's all really:(

Let Me In is a remake of great Swedish horror Let The Right One In. I love the original but I was still somewhat exited about the remake.
They didn't show it because it wasn't very successful in theaters in US.

Well, I have not heard about Let me in movie. But, well, there are countries which restrict certain movies to be shown in the their cinemas. Well, the best thing to do for you is actually wait for the DVD release which would come out a month after cinemas. So patience is a true virtue.

Reading the previous responses I have read that many people is interested in the forthcoming Harry potter's movie. In my family the most exited about the new movie is my sister and because of that I am sure watching it when it hits the cinemas,though I am not really concern about it.

I'm planning to watch the movie Megamind, which has already hit theaters. One person told me she found it so interesting that she peed in her pants before the movie ended. The story line of this movie deals with relationships and career influences, which are molded by top quality action scenes. The high adrenaline chases and out smarted planning are what captivates the crowd so much. My ticket agent offers discounts for movies, and I already have one that hasn't been used. It will need to be used this month, or the ticket will go to waste. The November 27th weekend is when I will watch this debut movie, which I surely think will be amazing. You'll here more reviews for Megamind, as I finish watching it. Hope this will make you watch and possibly enjoy this movie.

It's sad that I may sound like everybody else. But I really want to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1. It is opening tomorrow here and everywhere it's full house. I hate to be in a crowded theatre, so I may wait a bit till next week to watch it, hopefully the fervor would have waned by then.

Well, I have the same idea as well. I do not want to get into a long line just to watch a movie as well. More over, I do not want to be elbow to elbow with a mob in a theater as well. So, like you I may opt to wait it out then watch.

I want to watch The Last Exorcism and also the chinese action movie---Kungfu YongChun. ARGH. I've not watched movies for a long time already. I hope I can go watch them some day.

Well, I have a question though, what movie is The Last exorcism? Well, you should try to watch movies from time to time. It does really help relax and take your mind of things.

I agree with Julia!
I am also waiting eagerly for the release of Harry Potter which would come on the 19th of this month. And i am quite anxious to see what it would show because frankly speaking i was a little dissapointed with some of the previous episodes although they were promised to be great. I can't wait to see it as I am a big fan of Harry Potter. That's the one i know which is coming up!

From where I am from - The Philippines, Harry Potter the last installment releases on the 18th. Frankly, I hope the movie is good and I would watch the movie most likely as well. But, I would want to wait it out a bit, to avoid huge lines and crowds. Plus, it would be in theaters two weeks maximum. No rush in watching a movie that surely would last a few weeks on the box office right?

"WOW!" is all I can say about the new movie about Harry Potter. The hype is incredible almost all who have responded are hyped about the movie. Well, my friends are also in the Potter craze as well.

I like generally hindi movie now no plan for vacation. But when a new movie is launch with in month I seen. Now I saw Golmal 3. I am nor more interested to movie watching but when family members are going then I will go.

Yeah Harry Potter is on the hype right now. Most of my friends are waiting for that movie to be released. And they have checked out ticket prices and reserved seats for it as early as last week. Hope though it is a good watch though.

Well, I'm waiting for the final Harry Potter installment, which will premiere this week worldwide. Having been the fan of the book, I expect this final chapter of the movie satisfies me and stay true to the book since it will be made for 2 parts. I also want to watch The King's Speech, it receives great reviews and buzzed to be nominated for Best Pic at the Oscar next year, along with colin firth and Helena Bonham Carter as best actor and supporting actress.

Good to hear that a lot of people actually are excited of the new movie. But aside from this movie which will release this week, which other movies are you excited about? Surely, I am excited about Thor.
