I used to be afraid of flying. but now i am very comfortable.. it just required a bit more courage to put myself into an aircraft and let it go up

I have always been afraid of heights, but luckily I have never been afraid of flying. I think the difference is as long as I feel like I'm in something stable, I am not afraid. My fear of heights comes into play when I'm near the edge of a platform, for example.
