As the title,i live in Beijing, whereh igh price of house, most people can not afford, make someone doesn't dare to get married. The reason is that you must have a house when you get married before you have a baby.
what your opinion,or what about in your country?

Its not necessary to buy a house before marriage, even after marriage I am thinking that I will buy it a bit late. I feel like its a liability. Presently I want to have assets and more actively invest on assets only.
Well even then I have a dream of having a good and beautiful home, I will fulfill it someday, I believe in myself.

many girls make requests like that before marriage ,but all men can't afford to buy one in some big city .i have got married and i have bought one house in a little city .it doesn't cost so large a mount ,compared with one in big city .
it seems that house prices are rising up and up all the time .
luckily it has been not the stress i should bear .
good luck to you !

I do not believe it is ever necessary to buy a house. I personally have no interest in ever owning a home. I think they're needlessly expensive and way too much work.

Although ideal to purchase a home after marriage, I see no problem with a fully committed couple doing so prior to marriage. So as long as they fully understand that the home belongs to both and no matter the consequences later they have to understand that either they split the proceeds and or buy the other out as the home truly belongs to both.

Not necessarily before marriage but after marriage.
