what do you think about this unique bird?

I take this picture when I on my research about bird diversity on 4 habitat, one of the habitat is secondary forest. when afternoon come I look to the dead branch and saw a unique bird with long line on his tail and something like racket on the bottom. I take this picture with my pocket camera and a monocular to zoom it, then the resolution is not good. this is the image http://www.mylot.com/w/image/2416327.aspx I try to post the picture on this discussion, but it's always failed.... what do you think about this bird?

I'm not clearly see the bird on that picture. But, I see that it's an ordinary bird that lives on the forest right? :D It's a wonderful bird that have a two split tail if I guess..

yeah, it's hard to take the pict from nearest distance, they eye very sharp, they will fly when got the feel of threatening. beside, this pict take on afternoon, abou 05:00 PM.

It is a unique one rather than on what I see to those regular birds flying around. I can not say what bird group or classification it is since I am no bird expert. It is a nice one that you caught something on camera and that you can also share here. I did not see something like this before in our place or a bird petting zoo. It is really amazing that the animal world is full of surprises and stored for us to be discovered. I appreciate your simple work of sharing this photo.

I has identified this bird, and I hope that's right. this bird called Lesser Racket-tailed Drongo bird. his latin name is Dicrurus remifer, it's easy to identifying by his racket tail. there is have a little different look between male and female.

yeah, I wonder there is a bird like it on my place. This this bird only live on forest, and in this case, it's secondary forest. I wonder they not disturbed with the airplane sound. this secondary forest is pretty enough near the airfield, and the airplane always cross this forest every day.

I'm not clearly see the bird on that picture. But, I see that it's not an ordinary bird that lives on the forest right? Because if it's an ordinary one, you won't have to wait for weeks to catch this picture. ^_- Overall, it's a wonderful bird that have a two split tail if I guess..
