Have you ever headbutted someone or something?

By "headbutting" I mean, forcefully thrust your head into someone or something. My brother was big on headbutting. He was really good at it and had it down to a science. He could crush beer cans with ease and has headbutted several people. I have tried it and it hurt like hell. I think I need some "impact training" to deaden the nerve endings in my forehead and help calcify my skull but I don't want any kind of noticeable brain damage. My brother claims there is a certain point, higher up on the forehead, perfect for headbutting but I think that every skull varies too much to really find any real universal headbutting sweet spot. Have you ever headbutted someone or something? Did it hurt? What did you do it to? Did it do any damage?
