osmanlibux really paying???

i signed up for this site two days ago and got 4 refferals so far. Yesterday morning i requested for a payout of .05$ that means my paypal be credited with .04. i received a mail from osmanlibux that i the cash had been credited to my paypal instantly. 26 hours later,,still nothing!! so am wondering how long does it take for them to credit your account for those who have already received payments from osmanlibux

I quit Osmanlibux because they require you to invest if you want to receive payout, I just gave up because I don't want to invest in a site bfefore payout, which is a fice measely cents.

im not familiar with this site. i think this site is new and take care of it because it is not already a legit site. do not invest on this site. just be careful of it.

They changed their payment from instant, to 24 hours. Probably doing it manually now, they did not anticipated for so many members at a very fast rate. I doubt if they can keep the site running even for 2 months. The max cashout is just $0.10 (from $0.05) and that is every 8 days! That really sucks.
