How do I usually deal with them? I usually ignore them, that's what I usually do. I rarely get charitable, that's only when I think that it feels good to help those who are in need but, it has been a long time since I had that feeling.
Those who ask for charity these days don't look so convincing. Even when you try to play a very sad background music as you see them doing their routine, it doesn't really even appeal to me at all.
Sadly, that's how it is for me these days.

Hi dear,
I know there are organizations working for it. The company currently where I am working has collected about 5 quintals of dress and cloths to the poor people to provided in the current month only. This is distributing through certain NGOs and the company is making sure that it is reaching to the real needy people.
This is just one side of the fact. But as you are doubted, even I have doubts on the same. I remember, at the time of Tsunami affected time, there were large scale contributions and collections of money by so many organizations and it was a high level framework managed to collect and distribute. But in fact, millions of dollars were collected and still there are people who affected living without home and food for one time in many places. Where those money and sources gone? No one know. May be all are in tact and a mere portion might have distributed also.
But I am still have my doubts such organizations are not fully reliable and many are running for the sake of tax savings and protect the fame and name of certain companies. Some companies are still considered as such charitable works are good to save their image in the market and get the media support through which they can save a lot of money and tax in the name of the same. Your doubt is correct till an extent.
Regards,
Thank-s

I would usually say that I don't have money, which is actually true for me most of the time anyway. At the shops I just walk past them and not make eye contact with them. Once you make eye contact they will ask you for a donation.
