Yes,it is possible. Depends on how peoplelike you and me will react to this situation. It wont happen by inertia for sure- that is it wont happen on its own automatically. We have to root out corruption. We have to generate employment opportunities. We have to see that more and more people are less and less dependent on the government and are self employed. There is need to venture into enterpreneurship. There is also a need to promote inductris like tourism in a very big way.
