Facebook: Do you share everything that happens to you here?

Not at all i still love my privacy i only share small photos not plenty since I have many gamer friend and that account of mine is simply made for gaming and not to share personal life. I post status sometimes related to games annoying status or other worthy saying, greeting or some shout out to those whom i hate but i name name them if they could read and they have a great perception they could actually guess it is all about them. I rarely post status messages i just come there to play and greet some great friends.

Sometimes since almost all of my friends there are really my friends in real life. I think it's just right to let people know what i'm up to every once in a while. What i hate is those people who share every bit of information happening in their life. It's like making it their online diary or something.

I do share events in my life at facebook sometimes but not everything. I've noticed that too, some of my friends are using facebook like twitter where they post from time to time and share what they are doing.

Wow this discussion sure is interesting. definitely, most of the people here in mylot would definitely have their own facebook accounts since it was widely used and it was a lot more convenient for users. In my case, I loved posting anything that I feel like writing in my facebook status because most of my friends comment on it and when they comment it can be really humorous. When I'm feeling down I typed down some sad quotes that I can relate to and then, my friends and even strangers do express their sympathy and concern for me through. Some would just be curious so they comment and it would be something that I can appreciate somehow. I actually check my friend's and family's facebook status every time I go through the site because It's the only way that I can be updated to the things that's happening to them even if I'm away. There was even one time that my brother told me that it's my fb status served like my diary.

I see a lot of people posting their every move, which I don't understand. I post silly things and nothing that will let people know where I am. You just never know who is watching the posts....

That's not true. I think people don't share everything on internet. For example I search on internet when like a girl real life when I learned her name.And that's works.

Hi. Jacobus1919. No. I don't. I never share anything personal on Facebook. I may do so at myLot. There are just too many troublemakers and instigators on Facebook that I don't trust. I don't want them to know every detail of my life like that.

I don't post every single thing that's happening in my life on facebook. Even photos, I don;t post all of them. Facebook literally takes your life as an open book for the world to see. I don't want that. I want to preserve my privacy. I am very selective with what I post.

I am also dislike this things of facebook. Everything is open for all if we make a friend anyone if post the message of our friend's wall then that can see everybody. This is not fare. Like orkut we cannot hide some scraps/walls or some personal information. This shows all what are doing our friends and what we are doing. This is popular because by this we can earn the money.
