Ibrahimovic score the only goal of the game to send AC Milan back to the top of the league. This result seem unlikely during Mourinho's Inter days. But now that he is gone, AC Milan manage to clock up a win against the fiercest rivals. Good result for AC Milan.

mourinho is a fantastic coach, no one could replace him. i am not big admire of benitz. well, inter wouldn't go anywhere under his regime this season. acmilan will go all the way through this season. this is inst a huge surprise for me, i was expecting this. well, my guess is they might no win any tittle this season. i may be wrong too, have to wait watch....

Benitez ain't that bad a manager. He broke the Barcelona-Real Madrid dominance while he was controlling Valencia. Too bad his tenure at Liverpool is a blotch on his resume.

Mourinho was a master of the big games. So you cannot compare his regime with the regime of Rafa Benitez. Benitez is a decent coach, but definitely not in the same league as Mourinho. As far as AC Milan is concerned, their investment this year seems to be beginning to pay off. Finally they are back at the top of the Serie A where they would like to be!! Cheers! Ram

Ya, Mourinho sure is a master tactician. If he is more humble, I think he will be better liked by the neutrals. But then, that is exactly the trademark that endear him to the fans of the club which he managed.

Definitely inter's performance is going down after beaten by spurs last week , i guess. So it's milan's chance to maintain their first position in league table. Congrats. . .

After the highs of last season, they will have to come down eventually. I don't think they are able to win the treble again. Whatever Benitez does, it will be deem as a failure.

Don't forget that Milan has signed many good players this season, and that Inter players are very hard to motivate, after having won all the trophies last season. What can you tell those players to put all their concentration in a game. But last night a penalty decided the game, so it means that it was not so much between the teams. I predicted at the beginning of the season that Milan will win the Scudetto this year. Will see at the end what is going to happen, but I think that my prediction will be correct.

I am hoping AC Milan will it as well. Lazio is the surprise team so far and I will like to see the both of them fighting it out. It is getting kind of boring to keep seeing Inter Milan and AS Roma fighting for the top two. A refreshing change.

Absolutely a good result for AC Milan, but Ibrahimovic scored on a penalty, and they only won 1-0, so very close match. Of course things have changed in Inter after Mourinho's exit, and after they won three titles last season. Milan has bought some new, and middle young players, but their average age on the team is still very high, and I don't think they can keep the 1st place for the whole season.

Age has always been the bearbug for AC Milan. The new players definitely inject some youthfulness to the team. While they might not have the legs to last the whole season, their experience will be useful.
