I need your help, guys. My brother's laptop recently can't be ejected manually and automatically (using windows explorer). I have tried to force open that, and it's opened but then while i'm inserting dvd rom, i still facing a same problem that can't be opened again. Anybody knows to solve this problem? Thanks for your explanations.

don't worry brother, the dvd manufacture has predict this problem by added a hole that's very small on the dvd room. If I right, there is a tiny hole that's can inserted a tiny by a things like toothpick, and you will feel somethings like a pad, when you push the pad that's in the tiny hole, you will make the dvd room eject manually, this feature usually for emergency case like yours.
hope this can help...
