First of all hello to everyone who reads this. I'm a complete noob here, so I haven't figured out exactly how everything works. I have read all the FAQ's , so don't be too quick to suggest that. Because even though I've read all that I still have some questions and troubles. The first and probably most important question I have is how to enter my paypal account. I've read that it's supposed to be really easy, you just go to payment info and type it in, but when I go there there's no option like "enter your paypal account" , it's just names and countries. So please tell me how to do that. Also another issue I'm having is that at the bottom of the "payment info" page it says to choose if I'm american or not. and I choose "no" , which seems redundant as I've chosen "my country " as "ukraine" just above that. But I do choose the "no" option still. But there's no "save changes" button so as soon as I leave that page and come back again it says "no chosen". It's really annoying, has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you solve it? All answers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
