How do I stay focused on my writing?

            I am writing a book but I tend to get sleepy during part of the writing and tend to stop :( I really want to finish my book but how do I keep my self focused on my writing, and Fyi I can't have energy drinks anymore cause I crash way to hard after I take one and coffee doesn't work on me so any suggestions?...Thanks for you answers.

                    You are not getting enough sleep. Most important you need to take break or your eyes will suffer the consequences of close work such reading and writing.
I think you are working to hard, all you need to do is take a few breaks or take one every hour, you can always write some more tomorrow, but I know that feeling-- once you start writing there's no going back. Is hard to take a break.

                    It sounds like you are working really hard on your book project. 
In fact, you inspire me to write mine as well. However, in the midst of attempt to complete it, there is a need to think of your health as well. 
Make sure you take enough breaks in between writing, so as not to tire yourself too much. Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated. All the best!
