What is paypal doing????

i am also curious what exactly happened. i personally think maybe it's not just paypal but also something not good with the sites being blocked. i am no expert on this matter though.

You will never know who's fault it is, it can be Paypal or the admin of the site, we are just human beings, meaning we can lie, do almost anything that can deceive the very human mind itself so there =) hope it helps

Well, I don't think that Paypal is doing this - mostly, the site owners blame Paypal to find an excuse for their members when they cannot support their business anymore. If I remember well, Upbux was the first to use this excuse, and then there was some more sites taking the example and blaming Paypal for getting down their businees - BUT, yes it is a great but, not even one of these sites posted a screen shot with at least the mail received from Paypal, announcing the frozen of their accounts; I don't talk about a copy/paste thing, which can be edited, but about a screenshot, where you can see the reasons and notification of frozing the account, along with the sender, date of sending and so on. So, it's not Paypal the guilty one.

Hi Rakshas, Paypal to me is too big a financial institution to create problem for the other online sites. It is these P.T.C. sites which are problematic and scammy. They do all sorts of scams and blame them on paypal or some other institutions.
