hmmmm....if i am in that situation i would just think maybe it wasnt for me. i will move on and learn from that situation. like maybe i did something not good or not enough. so i should do better next time. besides what is more important in life is the future and not the past. past can never be changed anymore. let it affect the future in a good way.

I searched for a job for months and got so many rejections. I had a good CV which meant i made the interview process on every job i applied for about 8 months, but always got turned down. It was really discouraging. when i got my first rejection without interview i stopped looking for that type of job as i just couldn't take much more. I ended up doing something completely different.
I usually came home and had a good cry. broke open the chocolate or icecream and told myself i wouldn't want that job anyway. Sometimes i wasn't fibbing either, i really wouldn't have wanted that job.
I think you have to allow yourself to be disapointed, someone has judged you and you have fallen short. But you have no failed, because you continue to try. If you fail to try then you fail completely. It's also good to have a backup plan, a temping agency or something that you know you can fall back on when the rejections become too much. also you may just be sent somewhere perfect and end up getting a job through them!

Every time i've been rejected from a job i hav'nt made it to the interview stage and been told that im too qualified to do what it is that i have applied for. It is very discouraging, ive broke into the chocolate a few times afterwards and it is good to take your mind of it

Keep on thinking positively someday you would get a nice job and never loose hope. I had ever been your position and I knew rejection from our job place is hurting. I suggest that you must show the best performance when interviewed session are for you. Apply as many as you could, that's all I could say prior to job rejection, okay

I know how it feels being rejected. Depression. Life must go on , as they say, all you need to do is accept it. Maybe your not fit for the job of your over qualified. Be positive, be yourself and give your best. Good luck!
