Please help me with vhdl project large capacity RAM

Hello mates, if anyone know vhdl then can anyone help me with my project work large capacity RAM in VHDL code, and make me understand. I have to show it on 22nd and I can simulate that but the output is not coming as desired. Any expert who can help me with vhdl. I will be highly grateful. Thanks in advance.
