Available Cruise ship job, help?!

I always wanted to work on ships.... but i think its hard here in the philippines to get a job in that industry. they require a lot, but when i look in the requirements of other countries, i think its much easy... could anyone help me here to have a work there?! i could work on any field.... arg!.... i feel so desperate!
