Lose Weight? Here Are Some Weird Tips

I just want to share some weird tips to lose weight, I read it from the internet and I just want to share it with you. Let's get started.
*Toothpaste Diet
No, you don't have to eat toothpaste and suck them in your mouth, let's do it the different way but always remember to use a minty toothpaste, that will help you a lot.
Brush your teeth when you can't control over your cravings in this way your brain will think, oops, meal is over. But if you decided to get another bite, you'll probably find out that most food doesn't taste good with a mouthful of cool mint flavor. Plus, the slick felling of clean teeth is enough to keep people to wanting to eat more.
You can also chew a few sugarless mint gum if you don't have a toothpaste and a toothbrush on hand.
*Get grossed a little
Make the food left on your plate look unappetizing. These tips may seem silly but worked for lots of successful losers:
-Put silverware "handles" into the food on your plate. Surely, you won't take another bite.
-Wad up your used napkin, and toss it on the top of the food.
-Put a picture of yourself at your heaviest on the refrigerator and inside your wallet as a reminder why you are watching calories.
*Purge to avoid the binge
Time for purging. Clean your house from foods that too tempting to ignore. You want to stick to your diet? Remove those foods and snack that is not good for you, you know what I mean, then change it to a healthier meal. Better get it from the nearest health store where you can find a cookies and cream without calories and less sugar, make your own blended juice at home. Try to eat non real meat if you really want to lose weight fast. Remember, having the right foods on the hand and the wrong ones out of reach is the perfect formula for long term dieting-success.
*Eat cake!
Don't say no to this yet. If you love to bake, you probably have a hard time to say no to the goodies you make.
You don't have to give up baking. Make it in a different way, a smarter way. Most recipes can be made healthier with low-cal substitutes. You can use egg white instead of whole eggs or whole wheat flour instead of bleached. A tasty way to slim down recipes with muffins, cakes, cupcakes and cookies it to substitute equal parts of applesauce for the oil or butter. You'll save almost 100 calories and 14 grams of fat for every tablespoon of applesauce, you will not even taste the difference but be sure to use a smooth no-sugar-added applesauce.
*Squeeze into skinny jeans
Always be reminded. Better wear you skinny clothes during dinner time as a reminder that you need to lose weight and eat less calories.
-Instead of unbuttoning your pants at the end of a large meal, buckle your belt one notch tighter before you begin eating. It may stop you from over indulging.
-If you're uncomfortable wearing tight clothing in public, cover up with a stylish jacket. That way you alone will know why you're eating salad instead of a cheese burger.
*Tell a joke for Better Abs
Laugh with your friends, laugh even it's a silly joke. Laughing contracts abdominal muscles, builds them up and shape your six-packs. Researches also say happy people make healthier diet and lifestyle choices and avoid bad habit like smoking.
It also increases blood circulation by more than 20% and prevents the hardening of the arteries.
*Fidget yourself thin
You may wonder why some people don't gain weight even they don't watch what they eat. It's because they don't sit still. They walk from time to time. Fidgeting increases daily calories expenditure and prevents gain weight.
*Buy new Dishware
Downsize your plate and you'll downsize your weight.
As our waist lines have grown in the lat twenty years, so have plate sizes. Dinner plates once were about ten inches across; now they're 12 inches or more. Those two inches increase your portions.
*The couch potato work out
Love watching TV? If watching TV is an addiction, exercise self-discipline and cut down. A healthy adult watches no more than 2 hours a day. Now make TV time work out for you. Make 20 push-ups or twenty sit-ups every commercial breaks. Better yet, try jump roping.

a very good tips and the one with a jeans so I know it as i could not really eat a lot when my pants is tight and skinny if i do so i risk going to the bathroom since my stomach feel full and those the calling would begin. it really helps a lot and those tips i would keep it in mind. by the meantime I do not have weight issues since i do manage to keep fit all the time and those people surround me wishful thinking i should add weigh which does not happen as I have fast metabolism..

I'm really searching for tips like this to make loosing weight fun and different. I hope you liked it. I'm a vegetarian and sometimes I forget to cut of my carbohydrates intake but these tips will also help me to be reminded.

nice tips ellyse! i have already tried some of those and they totally work for me! i brush my teeth right away so i wont be tempted to eat again and be reminded that i have already brushed my teeth and its too lazy to do it again. i also sometimes use strong mint/cool flavored mouthwash because after that i will really not be tempted to eat again because of its unpleasant taste it will give me. i just dont want the other tip where in you'll make your food in the plate messy because its like wasting you food. instead of doing that, get only what you think is enough for you and be reminded that your on a diet and many people are hungry so dont waste those food.

Right, I once tried that tip on being grossed but I ended up thinking about giving it to somebody rather than play with it, that's the part I don't want to include but I will not complete the 10 tips if I didn't. Better think on how much food we should put into our plates then. happy mylotting.

i like the suggestions...weird but works! i actually move around the house during tv commercial breaks and prefer smaller plates and healthier food choices. I just don't like the gross suggestion. Who would, with all the other better & more hygienic choices working good for me?

I did once but I was with my friends. I did not mean to play with my food and waste it but we were having fun. After that day I though, the next time a have food left on my plate, I'd better bring it home. Anyway, that's the tips it's included to complete the 10. I guess it would be better if we change it a bit to get rid of being grossed.
