Maybe he had some rented referrals and when the 30 days period is over, then it will take some money from your account. I don't know why is this, but it has happened to me.

I don't know but is it there in the rules?
The rent was not over, another 10 days were there. And this thing happened.
Have you asked the admin why was your balance reduced?
My friend was telling that he would contact the admin for a confirmation about the issue.

Ya he is sure, so thats why he is contacting the admin soon.
And probably he will be leaving neobux.
Well I hope he gets the money back.

If you rent referrals your account might not gain anything, sometimes you'll lose money, that's why I don't rent referrals or upgrade my account.

It can happen from renting referrals there... Who knows why, but renting from them is never a good idea.
Unless you were talking about the money being reduced when you cashout, I don't think Neobux charges to cashout though.

This hasn't happened to me yet, but I am going to watch carefully, and will let you know if it does. I just cashed out recently, in fact, and had no trouble with that, but we'll see. Thanks for the heads up!

Ya my friend was telling this happened with just a gap of 20 hrs, when he had last checked.
Please monitor your amount carefully.
Thanks for your time.

But service charge is charged when we cash-out the money, it was done without the cashout.

Oh, but is it there in their rule book, I don't think so.
My friend also has rented referrals, but they aren't that active.
