last October 20, 2010, there was a Fan Appreciation Day that WWE held, and The Cerebral Assassin had an appearance and fought with Alberto del Rio. but, yes, he is still rehabbing his arm injury and still there are no confirmations when he will come back and be the baddest-a$$ in wwe, again.

He should come back, but a wrestler, not a general manager. I kinda supported him and thinks he has the coolest entrance in the world of WWE.

He has been out on a injury but as well WWE has presents a movie called "The Chaperone" which is in the making. So he has also been out because of that. However the injury he sustained is more severe than they thought which in turn has caused a delay in his return back to the ring. There is specualtion that he will return for Summerslam in a match against Edge.

He was expected to return on Summerslam but because the injury needed more time to heal, his return was postponed.

I think I heard from somebody that he was coming back soon around December but that is only talk.
