Anyone have a problem with dynobux?

I was first encounter this ptc site here on mylot which is posted by our fellow members and say something good thing about this site. The poster says that; Dynobux better that neobux. For curiosity I registered with the site to see if the poster is true in what it call trusted admin. Now, I reach the minimum payout which is $2.00 and encounter cash out problem. I can't change my Alertpay account which is the site prefer payment processor. There are many complain in forum but the so called trusted admin did not answer. I don't say the site is scam or not. But depending on my observation. It seems that admin did not aware in what is going to it's member? Anyone here have a problem like mind in dynobux?
