How to put a photo on the main profile in mylot?

Hi. I saw you all have photos showed in your perfile...and I have uploaded a photo of myself but i have no idea how to use it as profile one. I havent found myself an internet noob neither i have but really im tired of trying to do it. Help me, thanks
