Some people say that, those doctors who wrote you a prescription, they have absolutely no idea of the price of that drugs they prescribed to you. Is that so? I believe some of it might be true, and some of it might not be. I also heard news about 75% of those doctors, and practitioners receive compensation from those drug companies by recommend its patient, or write a prescription specifically on certain drugs. So, that is how the mutual benefit goes for the doctors and the drug companies. What do you think of it?

of course that is why their are medrep or medical representatives and physician who endorse their medicines to their prospective patients have gain a commission. So per normal buying or selling medicines is a business and so everyone else have to gain more rather than to loss.

And they don't care! The bottom line is becoming more important to Dr.s than your health! I know first hand that Dr.s are even sent on lavish trips to tropical destinations as a reward from pharmaceutical salespeople. Have you ever felt that "rushed" feeling at your clinic of late? They are scrambling for money.

I guess so. I think this is one of the sad realities of life. Doctors having tie-ups with pharmaceutical companies or its medical representatives I would assume receive some commission from them. The brand will certainly boost its sales by entering into agreement with certain doctors. In return, they would doctors some commission.
I do not have concrete evidence on the matter. But the above-mentioned logic speaks for itself. One crucial thing about this is that doctors may not actually be giving the best prescription to its patient. Prescriptions have been influenced on the monetary incentives they receive in return. If you are a doctor and given that offer, I guess it would be hard to reject another income stream as simple as that.

I Don't agree with such idea, it's true to some extent, but not all doctors do that, i don't think that your family doctor or mine, would do that just to get the compensation, it will be a disaster for patients, & the doctor's job becomes like " money talks", LOL.
It's true that this might happen, coz doctors are in the end human beings, & some people are just greedy enough to do whatever it takes to get the cash.
Its' true that companies are corporations who seek for cash, but going to that point may bring them billion of dollars & also can take them down, if doctors prescribe a medicaments that turns out to be harmfull or having serious side effects.
