More Playoff Teams for Major League Baseball

News from the meetings of baseball executives points to a move toward adding another wild-card team in each league to the playoff format. I don't really mind more playoff teams, but if they add them I would really like the regular season to be cut to 154 games so that we don't make the playoffs go until the middle of November.
What do you think of the idea of expanded playoffs?

I do not want the extended playoffs, makes it less exciting with more teams and dragging it out.

the dragging it out is the part that troubles me, I don't like baseball in November.

Hello errollLeVant,
I agree with you. It gets cold on the East Coast in Novmeber where you are all bundle up to watch a game. I want a shorter season like back in September when it was time to go back to school. Baseball is a Spring and summer sport unless you have those temperatures all year long. PLus it hard to watch and keep up with all the teams. It would surly play stastics and numbers game in baseball with new teams added should they do so!
Do think Jason Worth should be trade from the Phillies? I do not!
Thanks Sincerley Unique16

I believe Werth is a free agent, so Philadelphia will have to pay more for him than in the past, but he is "worth" it in my book. But I wonder if Phillie is going to pursue Carl Crawford.
