For those who don't know what Dropbox is here is a little heads up.
Dropbox allows you to sync your files online and across your computers automatically.
- 2GB of online storage for free, with up to 100GB available to paying customers.
- Sync files of any size or type.
- Sync Windows, Mac, and Linux computers.
- Automatically syncs when new files or changes are detected.
- Shared folders allow several people to collaborate on the same files.
- See other people's changes instantly.
- Use your "Public" folder to link directly to files.
- Control who has access to your shared folders. Kick people out and remove the shared files from their computers in the process.
- Automatically create shareable online photo galleries out of regular folders.
I've been using similar service, but from Microsoft (Live Mesh) and I have to say even Live Mesh has some additional features like connecting with remote desktops, Dropbox is way better. Unlike Live Mesh, it synchronizes almost real-time and it is really fast. If you need synchronizing software then Dropbox is your choice.
It also has referral program in which you can earn up to 8GB if you invite someone, but unlike other referral programs, both of you earn the same amount of 250MB, the referrer and also the referral.
And now, my final question, how many of you use Dropbox? :)

I LOVE dropbox and swear whole heartedly by it... I highly recommend it... and you can get it here for totally free (and this gives you a little extra free space too using this link and installing the dropbox app to your laptop :D)
