Doing things like what can make you feel so guilty?

In today's ordinary people who feel just after insulting people,
no load at all when it intentionally or unintentionally leave prayer obligations,
or no guilt at all when our parents yell that was old even we think a lot of trouble,,
therefore, I want to ask you to do things if that can make your heart feel so guilty ..

If anything I do that troubles my conscience, then I feel guilty. It is as simple as that.

If I feel guilty about something I won't do it as I feel my conscience is there for a reason.. I don't however feel guilty about things like a white lie to tell someone they look very nice if in fact they look very chubby and it can't be helped cause they are so.. you know something like that, or even if a cuss word comes out of my mouth, many of my religion would think I'm terrible for these things, but I don't and don't worry about them at all.
