atlascash! Scam or legit?

Atlas cash site was paying like a week ago. I got my first payment from the site. But after that i read many discussions that they are having payment issues. So i tried contacting the admin but there was no response. And after that I read that for a few days payment cannot be possible.At that time I understood that the site is a scam cause I have seen these things happening in various sites.So I stopped using Atlas cash. I guess you should stop using it too. The site was very good but now it is a scam.
