How do I delete from my windows vista laptop the "Security Tool" virus?

Hi guys! Yesterday I got a virus in my windows vista laptop, so I can't use fully my laptop so I need to get support. Anyone has got the virus "Security Tool"? It's a false antivirus that tells you that there are 30-40 viruses in your computer and that you must buy the 150$ license to remove the viruses in my laptop .... What can I do ? I can't delete it!
