Hi. Few days ago there was released a new project natal for XBox360, KINECT. I think I am going to buy this in few days. Have you already tired that? DO you think that its good idea to buy it? I love new gadgets and I always buy them even if later i get bored. What do you think about kinect?

Well, seeing as I don't currently own an XBox360 I won't be getting it anytime soon. But I have read articles about it and it looks to be an interesting little gadget. If it's as good as the Wii Motion sensor then it's worth getting. I think it really all comes down to the games you can get for this feature. There's no point in getting it if there are no good games to use it for. So, I'd wait a bit to see what is available before getting the Kinect.

I think its better that wii motion...anyway wii hasnt got any wow games either. There are just few games for kinect but i believe there will be much more so even if i buy kinect now i can always wait for some better games in the future to be released. I am a big fun of all types of consoles but i cant always buy them all. For now i am a happy user of xbox360 and psp, and i dont abuse them, i am neither a game maniac.

well i personally think that the kinect is kind of a wii imitation because they were the ones who started the whole motion sensor gaming thing. however, the kinect is kind of better because you don't have to use a controller to play the kinect games. their slogan is "you are the controller" or something to that effect. that is pretty cool. but one motion sensor accessory you should definately avoid is the playstation move because it is exactly like the wii...literally down to the buttons and the type of controls. so it might actually be a good investment if you like casual family friendly gaming.

I've tried its counter part on ps3, 'connect'. It's great. It's like you're playing wii but a little different. I'm sure it's somewhat the same with xbox.

I wanted to buy it until I saw the price tag. Right now, with the selection of games it currently has, I don't think it's worth it. That's probably just because it's new, however. If they come out with more games I could see myself playing often, I'll buy it. It sounds like it could be really cool. No controllers, or better yet, you are the controller. I'm definitely going to keep an eye on the games coming out for it.

I've heard it makes a pretty good remote control, but that it has a lot of problems picking up movement in its games. If you think you could get a lot of use out of it outside of playing games, it might be worth it, but otherwise, I think you're better off waiting for the price to drop and for them to work some of the bugs out. The game selection will probably be a lot better too.

Well, im not an owner of an Xbox360, but i do have the 1st hand experience of trying out kinect in a shop as well as in my friend's house and im pretty much amazed by its capability. However i currently own a PS2 and will be buying a PS3 soon rather than an Xbox as i feel its better than it in every aspect. and i also heard that playstation move is good.So if you ask me i will be buying the moce over kinect.

I personally don't have an xbox 360 or kinect to go with it, but a very good friend on mine does and has told me all about it. Honestly, I'm very excited about it, it seems to be the next step in gaming. My friend has some troubles though, everytime he has to jump in his game he smacks his head on his ventilation :)
At some point I really would like to get an xbox 360 and kinect for myself, specifically for the fitness game, it would be like having your own personal trainer.
