Hello mylotters,
I dont know if I am the only one who has been experiencing this. But lately, I really get annoyed when you done typing responses and when you click the post response suddenly you will experience such as Bad Request/Connection Error. You are done with all the thinking and typing and what you will get is a simple bad request. All those thoughts and words are gone and yet you have to type again.
Does it happen to you? What do you do? Do you retype?

Have you tried pressing the back button?
I did experience similar incidents in the past. Pressing the back button brought me back to where I was. It meant that I did not have to retype anything. I use the Opera browser. I know that Firefox did not provide this facility, but maybe they have inserted the same function in the latest version.

When I was trying to reload the page again, all my comments were gone. Even pressing the back button did not help. So I had to retype the whole text again. Thanks for sharing some tips about Opera browser. I will check it.

HI online, I had this happen to me a lot when I had dial up internet now that I have satelite or whatever that thing out there is I don't have the problem and I had it more on MyLOt then anywhere else. Did I retype? It depended on what it was. Sometimes I just got so frustrated that I quit and other times I would repost but shortened what I had to say. But I understand about all the work you put into a response just to lose it. Good luck to you.

Yes. Sometimes it depends if it was really an intersting topic that you have to repost what you thought about the topic. I am using broadband connection. Lets just hope I dont encounter that a lot.

Don't you just hate that? Copy your text and paste it in notepad in case you lose what you've typed... you'll at least have something to refer to... or if you know how to, you can always paste your comments When this happens, if I can be bothered, I'd retype... otherwise, I'd just go on to something else.
