still making pasta at home???

I don't know anyone here in my country (Philippines) who makes their own pasta at home! We just buy uncooked pasta at the groceries and boil it. But I think it would be cool to make one. But it would take a lot of work, right? What are the advantages of it?

I love making pasta at home but I cant seem to perfect it. Sometimes I think its already hopeless for me but I always look on the brighter side and try and try.

I like cooking, but I don't know how to make pasta by myself because it is not a very common food here. That's so nice you can make it at home. I hope you can share the recipes with us. I love China

hi aaidjs Doing home made pasta is so amazing.. I think it needs a lot of time to make a delicious pasta. You sound a great cook because traditional process of cooking is the best and more delicious and tasteful food that we can have. Unlike today, we have something that is ready to add on our food we cook and ready to eat. I'm happy you are doing your best to preserve all you learned from your grandma.
