I have a few friends on here and I do my best to respond to at least some of their questions each day. Some never seem to respond back to mine.
Do people actually check through their friends questions? How do you do this if you have like 145 friends? How many MyLot friends are too many? Also have you ever removed someone from your friends list, if so why?

I just started on mylot yesterday and have only gotten a few friends I do respond to the discussion that they start. That is why I wanted them as a friend so I could respond to their discussions.

Every day when i log in to mylot the first thing i do is i check for my friends dicussion first, then go to other discussions.usually i get more than one discussion on which i can submit my responses.as you said even i have friends who doesnt respond to dicussion i have started, but i dont think it is anything intentional.i think its mainl because they might be having too many friends that our discussion might not be seen on their home page.i have only near about 45 friends,so it is not much of a problem to me.i think you can send the notification on so that you will be notified when you friend posts a new discussion.i havent removed anyone from my friends list till now.i would like to know if you had did this anytime.

I have not removed anyone who doesn't respond to my discussions. However I have removed a few people from my friends list who have not signed in for well over a year. I notice lately that quite a few of my friends have become inactive, but I don't want to remove them becasue I have enjoyed their discussions.

I try to, but with over 400 on my friends' list it takes me time to get around. I respond more often to the few that respond to my discussions, then I go discussions and the horrible 0 response ones. When I have time I usually scan through one or two friend's 0 discussions and get rid of them all. I hate them, even if the subject is a bit wierd. I find some of them realy really funny lol.

I do respond to my friends discussions on a regular basis. I don't have a lot of friends as of yet so its fairly simple. Most of my friends respond to mine. I understand that not everyone has something to say about everything.. haha except me and my big mouth. lol
I love the my little pony btw.

I always respond to a few friends that I know outside of mylot. The rest of them I'll sometimes do it. And yes, I do check through their questions.

I try to go through my friends at least once a day and respond to their new discussions (when I have something to add to the discussion). This actually comes in handy for me because many times the general discussions on the front page are fairly meaningless and I have no desire to participate in those. I find my friends' discussions to be more meaningful. I have removed people from my friends list before, usually when they start a lot of yes/no questions or otherwise don't follow guidelines. I also deny friend requests for the same reasons.

I try to go through my friends topics whenever I am online. I agree with most of the front page topics being of little interest as well. I try to respond to as many of my friends posts as possible, but if I find that they are not doing the same I don't bother.

I always look at what discussions my friends have started. It is the first thing I do. I do not always respond to them, I respond to those topics that catch my attention and I have an opinion on.
If more people did that there would be a lot less of the "silly" questions getting so many responses and more of the good discussions being seen by people

I try as well, to respond to my friends discussions. Even those that respond to mine. That is if I find something that I can respond too. It gets hard but I do try.
I've deleted a person or two because they were not active. Never replied or logged on.

I have all my friends on notify, so that as soon as they put a discussion up I know about it and I can respond, sometimes it takes me a while as my email box fills up quickly. I can't obviously answer every single discussion because some topics I know nothing about but I do try to answer as many as possible.

i sur do if i like the topic. it doesn't mean that you have to take the effort since he or she is your friend. you have your own choice though and i don't think your friend can reply all your 500 posts i guess.
