It's not a new virus, it's the W32.Fujacks.E worm. Your anti-virus has been compromised as this worm locates and disables popular anti-virus software. You should reinstall your anti-virus, without rebooting, and scan. If you reboot before the worm has been removed, the worm will disable your anti-virus again...

make sure u already unchecked the "Hide extension for known files" in folder option.
n see that files, if its still *.ini so u can see that files, try to see it carefully. it can be better if u use notepad++.
u can see how the configration setting on that *.ini
just modify it if u can.
but if u found that *.ini files after unchecked "Hide extension for known files" is exe, that absolutely mallicious code.
u need to find another files that related to that files, delete it via regisry, disable that in auto run via msconfig.msc

Try to find the location of this file and when you find the location, disable the recovery feature of your computer then reboot to safe mode, navigate to the location of the virus, then delete it, try to reboot again to normal mode then scan your computer with your anti virus and see if the virus will return.
