Have you ever tried sending MMS to a loved one abroad only to have your pictures or videos get lost on their way to your boyfriend's cellphone? A slide of pictures costs P20 and I had to resend three times and it still didn't reach his cellphone. I had to send the photos online through a computer and to do that I had to go to an internet cafe. I've also tried downloading wallpapers and mp3s but I've received nothing even though my cellphone balance was reduced. There are even times after buying cellphone load and after only a few uses, what was suppose to be a 24 hours worth of usage suddenly just expired without warning. The customer service wasn't any help either. I've complained about it so many times and you can't imagine how many times I've been told to wait at least another 24 hours for them to fix the problem but nothing really happens.
Companies that give off crappy service like those I've mentioned above knew that they could get away with it because they knew people would sometimes still sacrifice quality over the great need of just having something to use for daily purposes.
