Tears wont fall... why?

Yes I have experienced that sometime ago when I was so down and I needed to cry but I can't. I don't why but the tears won't really fall and my heart is already aching because I can't cry. I told my aunt that I need to cry but I can't because she laughed, then I told my cousins and friends that I want to cry but they just stared so the tears did not fall. Then I told my mom and she said you cry that's the time that the tears did fall and I felt better after that. Maybe a person you are most comfortable with can help and makes the difference.

oh, yes. i just experienced that recently. this late afternoon i just felt so down because i havent chatted with my bf today.

I have been in this situation before. Sometimes when you have had enough heart aches your heart just stops feeling i guess, you'd be so numb your brains are protecting you from further heart ache... maybe that is why you can't shed anymore tears...

A bowling ball once smashed on my foot. I wanted a tear to drop but i had nothing. I also have no idea why this happens. Maybe we run out of tears once in a while and we need to recharge for it.
