im not sure if this will work for you but i take tetracycline (the generic kind, available over the counter) only at 250mg doses twice a day.in the Philippines they cost php6 each. they eliminate my pimples in a day or two. i stop taking it when my face is clearer. to date i havent observed any side effects of it.
i avoid products with salicylic adid or benzoyl peroxide as they are too harsh for my skin and makes my skin reddish. if you can, using baby soaps is your best bet. i also steam my face at home using green tea.

i have a very good recommendation for you pal. i used this when i came back from Thailand and had many pimples. my bro introduced this to me. i was amazed to see his face without acne and no traces, too. his pores closed and the scars were gone. use cucumber. slice it. apply it on your face ideally in the morning and before you sleep. you will notice a paste-like whit stuff there and it is better use to an extreme pimple or open pores before you sleep.
i hope that will help you. =)

Hey mage89,
I have a lot of pimples 3 months ago. I used tretinoin for my face. Right now it's clear. I had those little pimples full of pus. But now it's gone! Tretinoin is the acidic component of Vitamin A. It peels of your epidermis layer of the skin to lessen clogging of your pores. I used Maxi peel. But be careful in using it. Read the instructions if you want to use it.
Cheers!

Drink lots of water, also stop crushing the pimples, it just make things worse...stop it. good natural remedies for acne honey and aloe vera are good for acne and the scars apply and rinse with cold water. use lemon juice as a toner also add some lemon juice to your drinking water as well. baking soda and apple cider vinegar can be used as a scrub once a week. steam your face once a week as well. also green tea lemon juice baking soda and tea tree oil are good for eliminating acne.

there are some tips for minimizing pimples...
1. do not let your hair bangs or baby hair cover your face to avoid itching.
2. don't eat oily foods, or fried foods, like fried chicken and oily meat, chocolates, peanuts, and others.
3. avoid dusty place and rooms.
4. always wash your face with a natural soap before and after sleeping.
5. avoid touching your face when your hands are dirty.
6. apply a powder to your face every after shower for protection to sunlight.
hope this will help, hehehe
