Hi Naturalbella
Thanks for your suggestion these are really very good, Yeah, I used once this cucumber on my face and I really felt the difference, my sister suggested this to me, she cut round pieces of cucumber and told me to put on your face for half hour, my face was really soft after that, it was really relaxing. And I also did applied this to my eyes, after long time watching to my computer, I dont feel good, so once I applied these round cut cucumber and it was really relieving for me due to its cooling effect.
Once I mixed lime with glycerin for my chapped foot and arms, and found it very good
Thanks for the suggestion, I ll try the other natural products too...:)

you can make some if not all of your products. a simple thing like your cleanser...aloe vera has great cleansing properties...I think we get caught up thinking a cleanser has to foam up it doesn't. try cleansing with aloe vera, toning with lemon juice and moisturising with olive oil....you'll begin to start adding stuff and soon you'll be making you own stuff. I be launching my blog soon and it will have all sorts of helpful tips and recipes...

Even though the process is labour intensive...you are fully aware of what you are putting on your body (as long as you are researching the ingredients) and I tend to think that it is as important to know what's going ON your body....as well as what goes into it! We tend to focus on "just what goes in it,"....but SO MANY bad chemicals used in manufacturing are absorbed by "osmosis" and can be highly detrimental to our over-all health. Good on you...you go girl...Cheers!

hey thanks...that's one of the main reason I do it. I'm trying to eat right to be healthy but I have to be healthy inside out and the skin is the largest organ. I's bad enough I have to deal with air born pollutants.

growing up my mom always made our products, she made our coconut oil, our aloe vera, our hair moisturisers and shampoo. so it started there. a year ago my sister and I launched a all natural chemical free bath and body skin care line based on my mother's and my grand mother's teachings...well my sister also studied chemistry and biology so..

it is fun and the best thing about it is you know exactly what's in the product. I like trying new things as well. It's pretty easy as well. I like making salt scrubs as well and sugar scrubs. I make my own facial masks as well. it's really is fun and cheap and useful.
