Breasts too large, whether the effect on health?

My breasts are too big and loose, far exceeding the size of a normal girl, but I am 26 years old .. is bad for health, let alone have cellulite on my breast? is there a way to reduce the size or shape beautifying breast? and what causes the breasts to be big?
