How would you handle if your boss is a nagger

I used the word b***h.I know its not appropriate to say something like this but I couldn't think what's the the best word that describe my boss.Everybody hates my boss and so am I.No one can stand him.Most of my colleagues resigned for the job they cant stand the attitude behavior of our boss.Im not a quitter not because of our boss but probably finding an appropriate career thats suit on me.I was thinking before why need to risk my health and stress and suffer my mood of being enthusiastic at work if Im not happy at all.Many of us quit the job because they cant stand him.He's a b***h, a monster or whatever most of them they call him at his back.I was thinking if you are a professional should it be has to cruel and treated as stupid and idiot at work,,where's the work ethics and professionalism.They tried to report to the higher top management but nothing had happened.ok ok,they cant handle him of working with him so they murmured and quit simple as that.All I am saying is why there are some people like this.Even at early morning at work he shout and cursed inside the office,how would the worker be able to perform at work if it started in a bad mood ambiance at workplace.I mean if you are in our place how would you handle it?will you fight back?or keep silent and go?
